Sara has been an avid animal lover from a young age. She has always wanted to work with animals and was able to do so by pursuing volunteer work here at Santa Clara Animal hospital back in 2009! She then found a permanent position at First Avenue Shelter in 2017, held an internship at Chintimini Wildlife Center in 2021, and then began work at Greenhill Humane Society in 2022. Sara then found her way back to Santa Clara Animal Hospital in 2024 after accepting a veterinary receptionist position. She loves working in a veterinary setting and helping clients & patients! Sara is mom to one fur baby, Zoe, and a 7 year old boy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, exploring the beautiful PNW, and crafting with natural items.
